What "irreversible" means in practice.
Is there any password to unblock?
No. There is no password, no off button and no support mode. The block can't be undone from the app, not even by whoever installed it.
Can't support undo it either?
No, and that's deliberate: support that can undo it is the same hole as the password, under another name.
What removes the block?
The conditions are in the Terms of use and are shown before activation.
If I regret it, do I lose the money?
No. The seven-day right of withdrawal returns the amount paid. What doesn't happen is the unblock.
About installation

Do I need a dedicated device?
To try it before sale, use a test device.
Does it work on any router?
The full driver runs on routers with OpenWrt. On the others, protection is the DNS filter.
Does the iPhone get the same protection?
The iPhone uses a supervised filter, within what Apple allows.
How many devices can I protect?
Each device is its own installation. The number per license will be published when it goes on sale.
About sites
Blocking by mistake and the safe list.
A legitimate site was blocked. What do I do?
Request a review through support with the subject BLOCK. The review takes 24 to 72 hours and, if approved, releases the site for everyone.
Can banks and government sites be blocked?
No. The built-in safe list is never blocked, and the review request site is on it.
What if I have no internet?
The program keeps the last list received. With no new list, it never unblocks on failure.
Does Business see what I access?
No. The channel carries a site list, not history. The details are on the Privacy page.
