What doesn't exist
There is no removal password. There is no off button. There is no support mode that loosens the policy. An update carries only a site list, never a command to disable protection.
With no new list or no internet, the program keeps the last list. It never unblocks on failure.
A real commitment
The block stays on the device where it was activated and resists attempts to uninstall it. The full conditions are in the Terms of use.

Windows protected service
A service that watches the policy and restores anything changed from outside: hosts, DNS and the settings that are usually the first target. Every bypass attempt triggers an alert and a trace.

Android Device Owner
The device is registered as device administrator: uninstalling stops working, private DNS stays fixed and the VPN can't be turned off. Tested on an emulator: uninstalling and removing the administrator both failed.
